General Event Information

Date: October 11, 12, 13, 2024
Event Hours:
October 11: 1pm-6pm
October 12: 10am-6pm
October 13: 10am-5pm
Location: Hood River Event Site - Portway Ave, Hood River, Oregon 97031

All Vendors Load-in & Load-out:

  • Thursday 10/10 8am-5pm

  • Friday 10/11 8am-11am  (you must be event ready by 12pm)

  • Must have vehicles off the event site by 11:30am (Friday)

  • Look for Tom at the Vendor Check-In table by the big artist tents to get space assignment

  • Load out after the event ends on Sunday

  • 24 hour security onsite

Farm Vendors:

  • You will have access to power.

  • You will be able to use a forklift if they are certified to use it.

  • Farmers with big fruit crates can load out on Monday 10/14 if needed. 

  • Big farm vendors have access to a loading lane on Portway.

  • Enter the event site at 1st and Portway Ave - you will be shown to your location.

Food Vendors:

  • Please confirm your size of space and power needs that you selected during registration.

  • If you have a food truck please confirm the size of your truck or cart and which side you will be serving out of.

  • You will have access to power, water, and grey water tanks.

  • Enter the event site at 1st and Portway Ave - you will be shown to your location.

Craft Vendors:

  • You will be located under one of three giant tents if you selected a general vendor space (not indicated as an outdoor space), you can bring your own pop-up tents or infrastructure to define your space.

  • If you selected an outdoor vendor space please plan accordingly for being exposed to the weather with your own pop-up tent.

  • We will give you a booth number assignment when you arrive.

  • There will be a power bank behind every cluster of craft vendors.

  • Wifi is not available, but vendors are historically successful at using phone hotspots or wifi jetpacks at this event site.

  • Pull into the event site on 1st and Portway to quickly unload into the craft tent. Then move your vehicle to the main lot across Portway.

  • Single spaces = 10x10 w/ opening to the front

  • Corner = 10x10 with two openings to their booth

  • Double booth = 10x20 space - not on a corner, open 20ft wide to the front

Craft Vendors
When you arrive on site, check in with Tom and receive your numbered booth assignment inside the craft tent. We run power through the tent for any light power needs.

Insurance
Vendors are required to obtain a certificate of general liability insurance - please determine your own coverage amount appropriate for your business. SEE OUR REQUEST LETTER HERE FOR THE EXACT COVERAGE REQUIRED. Send us a copy at vendors@truewestpresents.com

Electricity
Power is provided. If you are a food vendor who requires more than 110v power please email us at vendors@truewestpresents.com.

Water
Potable water is on site.

Security
We have 24 hour security on site, to keep your things safe between event hours.
