General Event Information
Date: October 10, 11 & 12, 2025
Event Hours:
Friday, October 10: 1pm-6pm
Saturday, October 11: 10am-6pm
Sunday, October 12: 10am-5pm
Location: Hood River Event Site - Portway Ave, Hood River, Oregon 97031

All Vendors Load-in & Load-out:
Thursday 10/9 8am-5pm
Friday 10/10 8am-11am (you must be event-ready by 12pm)
No vehicles will be allowed into the event site after 11:15am. Please keep loading time to 10 minutes to allow other vehicles to have a turn. Check in, pull up to your spot and unload as quickly as possible, re-park your car, then return to your booth to set-up.
Must have vehicles off the event site and into permanent parking by 11:30am (Friday)
Look for Kelli at the Vendor Check-In table by the big artist tents to get space assignment
Load out is on Sunday, 10/12 from 5pm-6:30pm. No vehicles will be allowed into the event site until we clear it of guests (about 5:15pm), so please pack up your booth before grabbing your vehicle.
24-hour security onsite
Farm Vendors (Want to be a farm vendor? Apply HERE!)
You will have access to power.
You will be able to use a forklift if they are certified to use it.
Farmers with big fruit crates can load out on Monday 10/13 if needed.
Big farm vendors have access to a loading lane on Portway.
Enter the event site at 1st and Portway Ave - you will be shown to your location.
Food Vendors (Want to be a food vendor? Apply HERE!)
You will have access to power, water, and grey water tanks.

Craft Vendors (Want to be a craft vendor? Applications have closed for our first round, but you can join the waitlist HERE and will be contacted if any spots open up! See the Jury Information HERE for more information on the craft vendor application process.
You will be located under one of three giant tents if you selected a general vendor space (not indicated as an outdoor space), you can bring your own infrastructure to define your space, but if it includes a pop-up tent please let us know as not all spots have vertical clearance for pop-ups and we will need to know this far in advance of the event or we may be unable to accommodate your tent.
If you selected an outdoor vendor space please plan accordingly for being exposed to the weather with your own pop-up tent.
We will give you a booth number assignment when you arrive.
Power for craft vendor booths must be requested ahead of time.
Wifi is not available, but vendors are historically successful at using phone hotspots or wifi jetpacks at this event site.
Pull into the event site on 1st and Portway to quickly unload into the craft tent. Then move your vehicle to the main lot across Portway.
Single spaces = 10x10 w/ opening to the front
Corner = 10x10 with two openings to their booth
Double booth = 10x20 space - not on a corner, open 20ft wide to the front
Insurance

Power is provided.
Water
Potable water is on site.
Security
We have 24 hour security on site, to keep your things safe between event hours.
